It's always a bit daunting ordering flowers from a florist that you don't know and have never heard of, especially when they are several hundred miles away, but this company performed extremely well, prompt delivery and an excellent bouquet. I cannot fault them. Thank you.

I ordered some flowers for my sisters birthday. As we live a long distance from each other I wanted something special. She has also had an awful year after undergoing major surgery. I was worried they might not be great. I had an awful experience with an online florist in the past. I had nothing to worry about the flowers were beautiful and my sister was very pleased. Being in a foreign country, sending flowers home has never been easier. We reached out to a local florist we have used for years, The bouquet we wanted to send this time was unavailable, and we sent the request in on a long weekend after hours. Not only did the staff go above and beyond by reaching out to us and trying to get the order fixed for our needed date of delivery. Due to the time difference we were unable to respond, the shop took action and sent a wonderful, beautiful bouquet in place of our order. The order was delivered on time and we were very pleased with the results.

Nice fresh flowers but not particularly cheap given the contents of the bunch I received. Also, very disappointed with the fact that delivery was included in the price but then found at checkout that I had to pay£4.50 for ‘assembling charge’.

So amazing! These were to cheer up my mum who???s unwell at the moment. Got a lovely text message from the florist to discuss what my mum liked. Delivered the next day. Flowers left on the doorstep because of social distancing rules and they even rang my mum to let her know they were outside. Amazing service. Mum loves the flowers. So much variety and pretty colours. Cheered her up no end and I get lots of good son points! Thanks so much for all your help. Our new favourite florist for sure!
